Reservations Terms
A reservation concerning an apartment shall always be confirmed by post, facsimile or e-mail:

Confirmation
On your confirmation, please provide the following details
- the name of the resident or the firm who will rent the apartment
- the scheduled arrival date
- the estimate arrival hour in order to organise our reception planning. Please do inform us about your arrival time, especially in case of a late arrival because your need the access code of the main entrance door. You will then find a welcome letter and the access cards to your apartment.
- the date of departure
- the kind of apartment booked and the number of persons who will stay
- the hotel services needed (baby cot, high chair)
- the rates agreed (according to the number of persons and the number of nights)
- the credit card details (type of card, number, expiration date, three last digits of the security code mentioned at the back of the credit card). Thank you to add 3 % fees for any payment by American Express.
Deposit
- The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of one night’s stay for any reservation of less than five nights.
- The deposit for a reservation will be the equivalent of 30% of the amount of the entire stay for any stay of five nights or more (the amount to be paid will be the equivalent of 3 nights for any stay of 6 to 20 nights and 6 nights for any stay of more than 21 nights).
- If the required deposit has not been received at least ten days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the reservation can be automatically cancelled.
- Bookings are registered as soon as the deposit is received.
- HotelHome Paris 16 reserves the right to request a security deposit on arrival, by credit card or cash.
Cancellation - No Show Policy
A written cancellation shall be notified to HotelHome Paris 16 by facsimile, e-mail or post mail. The effective date of written cancellation will be the date of receipt (before 2 pm, Paris time) of that cancellation at HotelHome Paris 16.
HotelHome Paris 16 will box the reservation's deposit or, in absence of deposit, will be paid on the credit card of the customer or regulated by the company having carried out the reservation.
For any stay of 1 to 5 nights
- 10 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified between 11 and 20 days prior arrival,
- 30 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified between 5 and 10 days prior to arrival,
- 60 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified between 1 and 4 days prior arrival,
- 100 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified less than one day prior arrival.
For any stay of more than 6 nights
- 30 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified between 11 and 20 days prior arrival,
- 60 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified between 5 and 10 days prior to arrival,
- 80 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified between 1 and 4 days prior arrival,
- 100 % of full stay cancellation charges if the cancellation is notified less than one day prior arrival.
Now Show or earlier departure
- In case of no-show, cancellation never notified, the entire cost of the stay will have to be paid by the customer or the company having carried out the reservation.
- Any apartment booked will be charged for the entire stay booked, even in case of an earlier departure.
For any stay, a deposit is requested and asked to you when you confirm the booking of your apartment. Upon your arrival, this deposit is carried on the credit of your invoice. If for any reason, you did not pay for it, at the check-in, we will ask you to pay a deposit of at least one night for any stay of less than five nights and a deposit of 30 % of the global amount of any stay of five nights or more.
For any medium or long stay (more than five nights), we kindly ask to our guests to pay either a deposit each week or to settle their invoice each week.
We also thank you for showing us your ID card (that we shall photocopy) and your credit card (that we shall also photocopy) in guarantee of the settlement of your invoice.
These formalities must be carried out to guarantee your tranquillity and ours.
